SystoMax is a comprehensive, enterprise-grade housing society management system built on a multi-tenant SaaS architecture. It provides complete management tools for housing societies including accounting, billing, HR, complaints, security, documents, and more — all in one unified platform.
Each society (tenant) gets an isolated database on a specific shard server. The system automatically assigns new tenants to the optimal shard based on capacity and load. This architecture allows us to scale horizontally by adding more shard databases as needed, ensuring consistent performance as we grow.
Yes! Every society can use their own custom domain (e.g., society.com) for their public website and resident portal. We provide a subdomain fallback (society.systomax.com) and support SSL certificate provisioning. Custom domains are available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Absolutely. We implement multiple layers of security: tenant-level database isolation, role-based access control (RBAC), two-factor authentication, comprehensive audit logging, encrypted storage at rest and in transit, and strict cross-tenant data prevention measures.

We offer email support for all plans, priority support for Professional plans, and dedicated support with SLA for Enterprise plans. Our knowledge base, API documentation, and video tutorials are always available.
Yes, every plan comes with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies from the next billing cycle. All your data is preserved.
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offline bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through encrypted connections.
